Tart Boutique — Attraction in Rocky River

What a gem this adorable boutique is! I had planned to go to the River Plant Company (also a great business!) to buy a gift for my stepdaughter, but saw this place and decided to stop in. I'm so glad I did! I had so much fun browsing through the fun, quirky, unique and lovely treasures that have been collected here. The atmosphere is lovely, the prices are reasonable, and it was a wonderful experience. Once I finally made some choices and brought them up to the register, I had a lovely chat with the owner who immediately realized I was buying a gift and took the time to wrap each item with care. I didn't even have to go home and wrap the gift, it looked so lovely. This store has an overall great atmosphere, great products, and great service. When you walk into this store, it is a reminder of why it's always a good idea to shop local.
