Stay away - If I could leave less that one star I absolutely would. I love to support local small business, but the customer service is absolutely lacking at this place. I have never been here or gone to a place like this which is why I looked into it for my son's birthday party. On their website there is a "kids party" section, which I looked at. There are no details about how long the party's are, do I bring my own cake, decor, can I pay for extra kids if I have more that 15, do I pay for all 15 if less come? Can I even bring anything? Some places don't allow it. Some have certain rules. What does the party entail? Is it only painting? WALK ME THROUGH WHAT THE PARTY IS? I could think of plenty of other questions that one would have when deciding to have an expensive party at a place. I emailed them to inquire, because their own website says to inquire of I have questions! A woman named Catherine Peoples blew me off to the website that I had already visted, the one that didn't have the information I was looking for. Shame on her if she's the owner. When you are charging a $750 minimum for a birthday party people have a right to ask questions on what that money is paying for and for planning purposes. Don't make a potential local customer feel stupid for asking questions. You threw away potential business. When I read her response directing me to the website(you know- where I said I couldn't find that info to begin with) I told her again that the info was not there and to "nevermind" bc she obviously didn't give a crap. She wrote me back "No problem - Cat Peoples" Further confirming that she didn't give a crap. Word of mouth - especially for people who have lived in town all their lives and know a lot of people here - is huge. I hope you change how you treat customers and your business thrives. Again, I do not like to bash small business', but that was really bad. I am speechless. I guess my money is no good here. Good luck & God bless. Since you don’t like people asking you questions, Cat, i attached a sample FAQ from another website that is quite useful. You won’t have to deal with so many questions from the lack of information on your webpage.

We had a fantastic time at ArtXO! This was a fundraiser, which was a road to our 40th class Reunion.m; we decided to do an 80 theme party with door knocker earrings,Kango hats, gold rope chains (you get the point). I especially appreciated the fact that guest could go online, select and pay for their painting in advance, also that those entire group do not have to paint the same thing. As for the music, it was great, the DJ played a great selection and variation of music, past and present. There was painting, wine (BYOB), music dancing and just a great deal of fun with old friends. The DJ/Owner made this a very interactive event. Both owners were very personable & accommodating. The Karaoke portion of the event was so much fun, they were able to provide lyrics for every song we selected. Our event was set up and well prepared when we arrived an hour ahead of time; all we had to do was set up drinks and snacks for our guest. Everyone raved about what a great experience they had. I would be more than happy to support an Art XO again.

Freaking loved this place. Not your average paint and sip, I mostly say that because it’s 100% a vibe. I went for bday party. The environment reminds me of being at a super chill lounge or open mic season. They have a long table in the middle that fits about 20 ppl and smaller tables on both sides. They give you nice colors to work with and don’t try to skimp you on paint. The owners are TURNT loll they like to have fun so they get your crowd moving. They are djs, artist, and full entertainers. I had a great time. During covid they keep things pretty safe. It was a clean atmosphere. The canvas choices are okay very much on the basic side. I was drawn to more earthy choices such as the elephant and family tree. I wish they had more canvases that reflected nature or the world around us but it appeared that the pieces were more geared towards urban art which is cool too! Let’s do it for the culture! I’m looking forward to hosting an even for fam and friends in about a month. Let’s see how it goes
