Great service but the policy for how to fix nails when things go wrong doesn't support the customer or the nail tech/apprentice. This is an apprenticeship/school spot. So as you learn you get customers. There are price tier differences but there aren't deep discounts if you get a nail tech who is still learning. I loved the person who did my nails. They weren't confident with acrylic, but I didn't realize that until we were already into it. Since it was new to them someone who was experienced should have been helping- but instead they were left alone. The result was uncured nails with waves and bubbles that were huge on my hand. I felt nervous saying anything- I didn't want to get the person in trouble (again, they offered outstanding customer service and I know they do great nails outside of acrylics- would 100% hire them for non-acrylic work). But I spent a lot of money and people were asking me "what happened" when they saw my nails. So I came back for the free fix and again- no oversight. Just the same awesome person who did my nails before, filing down and repainting my nails.. unfortunately the acrylics were still huge when I left. The person who runs the business was doing nails next to us- didn't speak to me at all and didn't look the work. I felt a lot of pressure and we didn't have a lot of time. I had to travel after our session and when I went to get my acrylics fixed out of state- the nail tech there echoed "What happened". So in the end I spent a lot of money for an uncomfortable experience and I can't go back. Anxiety awkwardness at this point. Which also sucks. If a trainer would have just been assigned to help- this would have been a big win instead of a swan song. I avoid writing negative reviews, but you should know before you go. Buyer beware- it's a lot of money to spend on a poor result

I called to make a pedicure appointment for myself and my friend. I was given the option of the Standard or Signature pedicure, the difference being a 20 min. massage and hot towel wrap, I really liked the thought of the 20 minute massage so I booked 2 Signature pedi’s. We arrived on time, parking was easy behind the salon, we were greeted as we came in and asked if we would like a beverage. One of the options was wine, which sounded great! She asked red or white and we chose red. She asked us to take a seat while she continued to train a new employee. We waited 10 minutes, which was strange since we were the only patrons. Finally, we were led to our chairs and my technician asked if we wanted a beverage and I told her we were still waiting for the red wine, the first woman must have forgotten since she was so busy training the new person. My tech got us some wine and then asked if I wanted shellac. I said no, and she continued to say there was plenty of time if I wanted shellac. Still continuing with the pedicure she pointed out that I should get shellac as it would cover the ugly bruises under my big toenails (from hiking), and there was still plenty of time. I relented and said ok, let’s do shellac. I felt pressured into it, but, I thought ok. When all was said and done, she never checked with me about the length of my toenails and there was NO massage. Also, the shellac did not cover the bruising under the nails. She seemed very pressured as her next appointment came in and she was constantly apologizing to her next appointment AND I had to pay for the Signature service of which I did not have even though all along she insisted there was plenty of time. I loved the overall atmosphere but I will not return or recommend this salon to anyone.

I was extremely excited to try topcoat. Sadly my experience was not good. I paid $150 TOTAL for these nails (base, design, and tip). All of the employees are extremely kind and accommodating, however for the luxury price point I expected an experienced artist and a near perfect set. They were lumpy, uneven, and slope upwards. My artist was understanding and redid the set when I contacted them, but they didn’t remove and redo nails that were clearly pointing up that I specifically asked to be corrected. This happened multiple times, where I asked for something to fixed and it wasn’t fully so I just stopped asking halfway through my second 2.5hr appointment. I didn’t know artists are mostly apprentices or have <1year experience. The art was very cute, but I asked for coffin nails and received very thick polish where some nails are square and some were coffin. The acrylic under the nail wasn’t cleaned up until I pointed it out, and I had some acrylic cure to my skin surrounding my nail. All very basic things. For $150 you could get 2-3 sets somewhere else, the snacks and side done cancel out how overpriced this place is. EVERYONE I showed my nails to went “ooh those are rough” and were shocked at the price. I don’t want to call out my artist because she did her best and was extremely kind and apologetic. IMO ownership isn’t setting up the new techs for success long term by overpromising their ability. Trust me, go somewhere else unless you like overpaying. The redo was a big improvement but not enough to warrant the price tag. (Picture is the first result)

Probably one of the worst manicures I've ever had - and honestly to no fault of the nail artist (who is an apprentice). She was lovely and I had a wonderful time chatting with her, but she clearly still needed supervision and guidance / oversight that she did not get during the appointment. To begin with, my nails were cut unevenly and way more than I had asked for them to be cut. I did have two broken nails and so was expecting these nails to be shorter than the rest (and had agreed to this), but the rest of the nails were cut way shorter than I had asked for them to be cut and were all cut unevenly. It was clear that there was also a lack of expertise with overlay application once she started to apply the polish. The polish was not going on correctly (bubbles, unevenness, SO MANY FIBRES from the towel / gauze they use to wipe the nails with). She kept having to remove the polish, file down the gel, reapply the polish etc etc. Application wasn't great - polish was touching my cuticles and within two days of my appointment began peeling off from the top because it is over my cuticles..... Two hours into the appointment - I was getting frustrated so decided to stop being picky and just go with it. Within two days of my builder gel overlay with gel polish, the polish started peeling. Very disappointing for the price (which is not much cheaper than seeing a non-apprentice artist). The site promised oversight of the apprentice to which there clearly was none. Wouldn't return to this place.. unless maybe I was seeing a non-apprentice.

When I tell you this was one of the worst gel mani/pedis of my life, I am not exaggerating, and it’s cost more than any other at over $175!! I waited a week to write this review because I wanted to see how my nails would hold up, and unfortunately, all of my nails are chipping or have peeled off after 7 days. Again, GEL should last at least 2 weeks. The girl who did my pedicure didn’t even fully take off the dark color I had on before, so it’s showing through on every toe. The manicure came with no hand massage. And the whole experience took over TWO hours. Steer clear of this place. I did give it two stars, because the staff were all very nice and accommodating with refreshments and offering snacks. But a free sparkling water doesn’t compensate for the highway robbery in price and bad quality.
