A little hard to find but the space itself is small and neat. You can sample all the elixirs and shelf stable mix is available for purchase. Elixirs are delicious. They pay a lot of attention to making their bonbons very flavorful, maybe a little strong in a few. single flavors are better than combos. Dark chocolate NM chili had a good amt of chili without being overwhelming the house made chocolates have excellent dark chocolate flavor tart flavors (cherry, pomegranate) are strong on flavor, to the point of astringency the NM cookie truffle flavors fought with each other and weren’t well balanced.

One of the popular attraction in Santa Fe. The chocolate drinks are actually really tasty. My favorite is their signature 70% chocolate americano and chili chocolate icecream. They recommend the float but actually it’s more icecream than drinks. It comes with a huge scoop and a shot of drink. The chili chocolate is creamy and with a hint of spicy. Not over powering. Do try their different items to sample to find your favorite. The chocolate is a bit pricy: a small piece cost couple dollars. There are some tables for you to sit to enjoy with free wifi. I don't know why my original review disappeared but I wrote a long- maybe too long? -review about how this is an amazing chocolate Castle! I say castle because it's Enchanted with all kinds of delicious chocolate goodies. For myself I had a chocolate milkshake with the homemade whipped cream and chocolate fudge. I can still smile thinking about how delicious that was! My son had a chocolate drink with no sugar and we both had some absolutely delicious amazing chocolates from the case.
