Willow Spa — Attraction in Santa Monica

In the past, Have bragged about the services at Willow Spa. This last time, just attempting to schedule a reservation! Impossible! Disappointing! The bot told me to "rephrase my question ❓".I left phone no messages and no return phone call🤔. Fraustration! Noteworthy: I booked a couples' session at another very Nice Spa in Hollywood with private parking..*After our session at the new place; on my way to Santa Monica stopped in at Willow Spa. Spoke with the receptionist. He was very professional and knowledgeable about how Willow Spa's system worked. I also brought a bottle of their air freshener. A spray! It was so pleasant! Well, another disappointment. My friend said, I could make that with Lavender,etc. I paid$23.00 for what amounts to "Sugar Water." I am so disappointed with Willow Spa. Know that I use to send other "Folks" their way. In fact in the past, Coming out of an appointment, we ran into a couple I referred going in.. Truly...

Follow up....I originally rated the spa one star due to the issue below. However, on Monday I received an email from the owner who apologized and has made some changes to make sure this scenario doesn't happen again. I appreciate the outreach and offer of services to compensate. Wanted to amend my review to reflect this change.

Got a quick reply from Chris Bickel WILLOW SPA with the option of two times for two 90 min massages. Replied back immediately that I wanted 5 pm. Showed up today and no appointment was made. Front desk staff was not helpful and just said we can give you a discount for next time. Unfortunately leaving town tomorrow. Very disappointed because this was a highlight for me and...

I had an Oxygen Glow facial with Maxine at Willow Spa, and it was easily one of the best facials I’ve ever had. Maxine is incredible—my skin felt amazing afterward, and she gave me fantastic tips to keep it that way. The entire staff is amazing and so knowledgeable, making the experience even better.
