Latest visit was for the Lion King showing at 4:30 pm on July 19, 2019. It's a musical. I was confused as to why the sound was really lousy during the picture. I thought maybe Disney had done something weird like only using surround for ambient sounds. During the end credits I realized that only the speakers in the screen were turned on. It was a projection error, and it totally ruined the picture for us.
When I let the staff know, management basically said it wasn't their problem, because no one told them during the show. They thought it should be fixed during the next showing. It wasn't the hospitality that I expected from the theater. For 30$, we would have been much better off...

Then I would have to say pick this place right here. Not only are the seats and environments just clean and comfy, the services you receive at this location in general are way passed exceptional. Reason I say this is because I've never gotten through a concession line so fast before and that's everytime so like I said and will keep saying, if you are looking for a top notch place to go to in order to see the opening of a movie, quality 16 right here is the place so come check it...

"That theater is super hot right now." Repeated by multiple staff members does nothing to rectify my daughter and I's planned date night out.
Zero apology, concern or suggestions.
I've worked in customer care for 18 years......and this makes top 5 worst experiences.
