They don't even get a star from me, but have to post. Literally the amount I was to be charged monthly was significantly less than what I have paid monthly. Had discount for rural area. Was told wrong type. Reached back out to place that produces said codes and was told that it was correct one. Fast fwd 3 to 4 months. Try same code again and it magically was excepted by them. Which the deduction was much less than what it was months prior. Also my plan doesn't even show on their website. Always had issues. Work from home and they gave me one letter one time regarding internet off. Was told I'd not be getting another one. Oh, and for those of you thinking of getting it or canceling it. Make sure you tell them prior to 15 of month or you have to pay next months bill too. Does not matter if 15 was on weekend either. Nope dont say on website, but does on piece of paper tech gives you when installed at bottom. You literally have extremely few choices for internet in this area especially out near Arrowhead. So you are left with no choice. Honestly for all the money they get for their spotty service you'd think their business building would look heck of a lot better. Never ever a warning regarding shutting down for maintenance. Nothing. Just boom no internet with no real time frame of coming back up....

Their billing system is plain crooked. They charged me for an entire month of service when I didn't even live at the residence anymore and my new residence they don't offer service at (another one of their major pitfalls). You apparently have to cancel by the 15th of the month for them to not draft you on the 5th of the next month! I gave them every bit of a 2 week notice in February and still got charged in March and got told they couldn't come disconnect until April! I just removed the modem etc and took it to them.

Read moreMy husband and I have been using Spring City Cable for a few years now and we are very happy with our Internet service. It's high speed even with all the kids here and we never have any problems unless there's a bad storm and something goes down and it's back up and running in no time. We could probably get it cheaper somewhere else but the girls at SCC are always nice and work with us when we are late or a bit short.
