Moulin Events and Meetings — Attraction in St. Louis

If I had all the money in the world and could travel anywhere, I would pick Moulin Events over and over again. Seriously. The Wedding Coordinator Ann Jones made planning a small wedding during a pandemic stress free and fun. Ann was so supportive, fun, and just wonderful to work with. When we arrived we didn't get a folder and a 5 minute tour ; we got 30 minutes, a full tour, and the history of the space. I saw my wedding come to life through that tour. Ann was always prompt and responsive for any meeting, call, and email. On the day of our wedding, Linda was my bridal attendant and I do not have enough words to say to say how thankful I was for her. Ann and Linda.. just thank you, thank you, thank you! You BOTH made our day and we couldn't have done it without you. You were always two steps ahead, anticipating our needs, making sure my groom and I had small moments throughout the day to just take everything in. You both we're made for this profession and any future bride and groom is so darn lucky to have you. Please people, PICK THIS VENUE! You won't regret it. The space, the FOOD..OMG THE FOOD, the staff are just sensational. I look forward to future date nights at the adjoining restaurants to look back on such a special day. We love you Moulin!! I attended a Baby Shower here in January (the Saturday after the bad snow). Although the venue is very nice, the service and food both were not good. The shower time was moved a few hours to accomodate guest coming a long distance on a snowy day. The food( slider package) was put out mostly cold, there was not enough food put out to accompany the number of guest, the last two tables to go up where it was set out were simply out of luck‼️ Guest were semi rushed to finish and told to move to the other room to where gifts would be opened. By the time they finally did bring out more food everyone had moved next door. They didn’t let guest know who hadn’t gotten food that they brought more out and it was apparently out for a very short time. Bottom line is All that food was removed quickly, when asked where it went, the woman stated ‘ We threw it away‼️‼️‘ Desserts were set on a stand in the corner of the room gifts were being opened, There were not enough desserts set out for everyone to have at least one cookie or one of the other two choices. Finally, the Iced Tea was as cloudy as the weather was that day‼️ I’m sorry for the poor review, but the people who paid for this function did not get what they paid for their...

Words can not begin to describe how amazing our wedding was at The Moulin. Ann from day one blew us away. The Moulin was the last of many venues we looked at, once we came here we knew it was perfect. The venue space itself, Ann, and everything that is included, food, drink, etc. was everything to us. Ann loved all my crazy ideas and helped us make our dream a reality. Ann answered all my emails quickly and had all the answers. The day of her and Linda, and the entire staff had everyone in awe. We are still getting comments about the service, food, and venue weeks later. Not to mention we are in the midst of a staffing shortage, you could not tell even though they explained to us that day things might move slower, we would have never known! I will 100% recommendation this venue to anyone...
