Canteen Vending Services — Attraction in Tacoma

These are set up where I work. They break, double charge and the drink machines will DROP bottles inside of them, break them and cause leaks all over the floors. It takes several weeks to get a repair tech regardless of being within a 15 minute drive of their major Tacoma division. They will leave a leaking, hazerdous machine, come fix it a month later but not fill it or clean it when they fix it. Expired food is also regularly found in the snack machines.

They will not refund you for duplicate charges, mislabeled prices etc unless you wait for a check in the mail....if it comes....if they ever even answer your phone call. Messages are not returned even to large clients with 10+ machines on site. Awful. Just...

We have a few Canteen vending machines where I work. They're frequently half empty for weeks or months, and when they are finally restocked the expired food and drinks are not removed from the machines. I'm currently looking at a bag of jalapeno Cheetos that expired October of last year. I tried calling the company to complain and they didn't answer or respond to my messages for a while. I did eventually get ahold of someone a week ago and the issues I have described here have still not...

Their machine charged my card 3.90 for nothing and they want to send me a check. It would cost as much to cash the check so I fear these people stole my money by being tech lame. Never again will I use their machine and if my card gets another charge without product I will have a huge documented legal...
