I attended the ink alcohol class 6/2/24 it was my first class so I was a bit nervous and showed up late but was greeted kindly and felt welcome. Nancy was so informative and even showed us how to make our own homemade ink along with a great explanation about the different color’s and how to use them in different ways to creat, while there King 5 showed up again to ask for an interview, having her newly opened business vandalized had her a bit to emotional to give them an interview their first attempt.Nancy alerted us and asked if we minded being filmed, there were 5 of us including myself, none of us declined so we all got to be on the news yesterday, it was a brief shot but was kind of cool to get to be on TV. I accidentally wiped my tile with alcohol instead of paint sponge and messed up my tile, fortunately Nancy had showed us that we could wipe the whole tile clean and start over! Easy peasy, there’s no way to ruin a tile thank goodness, oh and you could purchase extra tiles for a few extra dollars if you wanted to creat more tiles. I have major depressive disorder and took this class to help, I felt great after leaving., happy.. it was my first class and I’m excited for more classes in the future, keep up the great work Nancy!! What a fun experience! My daughter and I took the "Goddess" class, with the acrylic pour process on canvas and it was super fun, and enlightening! Thank you Nancy for teaching us not only the technique and the process, but also for explaining how to mix the different ingredients, and also what not to do, like to make sure to add the "flood" to the acrylic to get the desired affect, and never use gloss as the medium.. and all kinds of other things I had never heard of! One of the best aspects was to see everyone else's creations. Really interesting and also fun to see everyone's techniques. I would definitely take additional classes in the future, if I am able - I live an hour and a half from...

I've done several of the workshops here and let me tell you! The owner of the shop is so sweet and very creative absolutely inspirational I've had the most wonderful time doing the workshops and now my room is covered in art that I created! I can hardly believe how beautiful the pieces came out! Not to mention all the amazing art and trinkets they sell too! I've never enjoyed workshops this much in my entire life. (And I like workshops) oh did i mention they have coffee too? Like there you are painting and you suddenly want a coffee but dont want to leave you work?
