This store lost my business. I have been renting with them for over 2 yeas and paid every thing off. I just paid off my portable a/c then there was a issue with the a/c where the water take kept filling up ever 30min. I call them to see if I still had the warranty on the unit, they said yes and pick it up 2 days later. After 3 and half week the brought it back but there was a pice missing from the a/c to connect the air vent. When I call the store after having it drop off they said they were going to find out what happen to the part. Never got the call back. I call them back at 15 min before they close. I was told the driver is helping with someone moving and she would follow up with him as soon as he gets back from the store and will call me back. The next day I called asked to speak to the manager he was very nice but didn’t understand kind of what I was talking about until after speaking to the person I spoke to the day before asking about the part. They said they were calling the company and they sent the AC off to to see if the part was left there, but no luck they said no one has the part. Then at 3:20pm The manager called me to tell me he has a driver right next to him and the driver says he did not take the part from my house. The manager made me feel like the driver was calling me a liar because he says I should look everywhere in my house when I have already looked everywhere. No care in the world from them. Then I had to tell the manager I will just order my own part since they’re accusing me of lying pretty much. And that shouldn’t be a big deal the part that’s missing is only a $10-$15 part which I don’t mind buying myself if I knew I lost it but to be called a liar and for knowing that the driver did take it. I believe the store should be responsible for it. Them towards the end of the phone call with the manager I said I was gonna buy my own part and told the manager I guess I’ll be without my AC for a few days until the part comes in all his response was OK have a good day. thank God I record all my phone calls with my phone to show people that some businesses should go out of business because of the customer service. I just can’t wait to pay off my couch so I never have to deal with them again I prefer to go back to Rent-A-Center. The only one good person at that place is Mari. She’s been always there to help me every time I come into the storm to get new items. She’s probably the only reason why I kept coming back...

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in life. I purchased a bedroom set that was delivered late and in pieces. It took weeks before the set was set up properly as the store failed to order the necessary parts to connect the furniture. When the furniture arrived and was set up, the first night I slept I woke with a few marks. I thought I was breaking out. After two days or so I called the store because I realized it was a Bed Bug infestation. Today, I have an infested home and vehicle. The bugs live in my clothing and goes with me to work and wherever I go throughout the day. When I spoke to the General Manager, he told me that all I wanted was a new bed and he wasn’t giving it to me. He was very rude and nasty and I refused to speak to him again. I’m not paying another dime until the matter gets resolved, and at this point, I’m not sure of a possible resolution. To this day I along with everyone on my reference sheet, and my job is being harassed all day long by Aaron’s employees because instead of fixing the furniture and the effects of these bugs, they want to take the stuff away from me instead. I’ve filed with the BBB as well as their corporate offices and I’m awaiting procedures. My next step is a lawsuit. Read moreThese people are DISGUSTING. Leased 2 bedroom sets from them since we did nor want to purchase (moving) ended up keep them for over a year. When ready to move...had to BEG them to come get the stuff. Manager said since everything is almost payed off just give them 300 and keep furniture. I told them a million damn times O DO NOT WANT THE THINGS PLEASE PICK THEM UP. ...Two weeks later after all there excuses..(we need a weeks notice, we don't pick up on weekends, we can only come on xyz day of the week) they finally came and picked up the things. Even one of the guys that was picking up asks y didn't we sell items because they were good. He said he would have purchased one of the bedroom sets as he needed one and all Aarons was gonna do is sell it at a lessor price. Anyhow low and behold the picked the sets up In December 2017 by January they charged my card $200+ i called and blocked the payment.
