Fortunoff Backyard Store — Attraction in Town of Brookhaven

I recently went to Fortunoff's Backyard Store in Patchogue to shop for outside deck furniture. All I can say is that I had a FANTASTIC experience there. I dealt with the store manager, Olga Acevedo, and also one of the salesmen, John Trost. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the full product line, and helpful in assisting in my purchase and making suggestions. At no time did I feel pressured to buy, and I was even guaranteed that if the sales price somehow went down prior to delivery, that they would re-write my order. Both of them were friendly, and a pleasure to work with, and in no way pushy as several sales people can be. Originally, met with a salesperson, named Kellie, I would say, about seven days ago. She was super nice and knowledgeable and let me leave the store without high pressure but a lot of knowledge. I took some convincing to get my husband to go back because of the price LOL. Kellie was not there but the manager Joe was and two of her coworkers who were also super nice and funny. Stopped into the Fortunoff Backyard Furniture Store in Patchogue this week and was pleasantly greeted by a sales lady named Kellie. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me the features of each patio set I was interested in. After going through the features, we decided on the perfect set that would suit our family needs.
