Metro Mattress Greece — Attraction in Town of Greece

It was ok. Morgan was our sales person. She was informative and definitely was a knowledgeable person who made my wife and myself feel comfortable but the only complaint i have is, when we first came into the store, we said our budget was X amount of dollars and I was strict on that, she said no problem, let me show you what we have around that price... We spent a solid 30-40 minutes or so trying out different mattresses but when It came to discuss prices, all the beds we were shown were literally 2.5x the amount I was willing to pay. I understand thats just how sales work and they try to get the most they can but I personally dont like sales tactics like that. It wastes everyone's time involved. If she said we only had 2 mattress' at that price i would have tried them and been out in 5 minutes. Why bother showing people beds that you will know they will love if its more than double the amount they were willing to pay? I personally prefer my salesperson to just cut out all the tactics and give it to me straight Vs trying to upset at every corner, it turns me off to shopping. As soon as we heard the inflated prices it was time to go. She was great and very knowledgeable so I won't take that from her, just wish she would have cut around the BS and gave it to me straight on low inventory at my price range instead of wasting time so I can spend that time getting what I need. If you have no budget, then go check them out she will make you feel comfortable and is helpful, but if you have a strict budget, they will absolutely try to upsell you or convince you take ton debt with financing to get the sale. We recently visited Metro Mattress on Ridge Road West & had a fantastic experience. Originally, our plan was to visit several stores & test out mattresses; we did not intend to make a purchase on the day we visited Metro Mattress. Metro Mattress on Ridge Road was our first stop. We were greeted by Morgan, who immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Morgan was so knowledgeable; she had every answer to all of our questions. Morgan was not pushy at all; she understood the assignment & wanted to us to get exactly what we wanted. She wanted satisfied customers. Morgan showed us around, had us test out mattresses & offered us options. She taught us more than we ever needed to know about mattresses--it was amazing all that we learned. Our plan changed and we ended up purchases two mattresses that day, as well as the platforms. We even upgraded to the Tempur-Pedic mattress after realizing it suited us best. Morgan was crucial in our decision making and she made the process so easy. I will always recommend this location for her attention and knowledge. ...

We originally went to Ashley, and were pretty much set with a Beauty rest mattress. However, it was going to take like 3 weeks to get our new mattress. We then decided to stop into Metro mattress on West Ridge Rd. We were greeted by Ricky and Juan. As stated in other reviews, we felt zero pressure to buy, and they spent all the time we needed (and we were there for a while) to make an educated decision. Ricky told us the differences between our options, and made recommendations based on our needs and sleep habits. We decided to get a Tempurpedic, and it was in our bedroom 2 days later (because they don't deliver on Sunday). Then, a couple days later, we decided to go back for pillows. Once again Juan hepled us with that too. We had to have spent an hour in there (yes an hour for pillows), and felt like we were welcome to stay longer.
