This is a reply to the owner’s reply, and I also reduced my rating from a 3 to a 1. It’s unfortunate that your cameras did not capture the bartender reaching into the garnish tray with her fingers. I did not question the quality of your humidor, it was an observation of your cigar selection. Also, then why build that size humidor if you were not going to eventually fill it? The gentleman that cut our cigars said he was learning from your employee Damian. If you have cameras in your VIP area, you will see me trying to fix my partner’s cigar as it was unraveling. I’m hard to miss, bald guy with a long beard. I left the review for you and your team for some constructive criticism, not to be politely called a liar. I wish you and team well but we will probably not be returning
We visited on the first Sunday of football season prior to the Eagles game. We were surprised to see the place virtually empty except for a birthday party. We were greeted by who I believe is one of the owner that said please feel to check out the humidor. Went inside and was honestly surprised of the small selection versus the size of the room. A gentleman greeted us and asked what cigars we preferred, but he had to step out of the room while we browsed. Prices seemed a bit high but not crazy. The gentleman returned to check us out and offered to cut our cigars. Sadly he cut both cigars unevenly and my partner’s cigar began to unravel because he cut into the wrapper. We ordered two old fashions from bar. Bartender didn’t seem too sure on how to make them. What bothered me was when she reached in the garish tray and pulled cherries out with her fingers and then used the juice from the cherries instead of using bitters. Overall, the bartenders seemed unorganized and rushing about for not being busy. We did order some food which was very good and the highlight of our visit. We plan on coming back in a few months in hopes that they have worked...
Read moreI live in South Florida and I happen to be in town so naturally I’m looking for the local cigar lounges. This is what I found and I am impressed.
I’m an experience cigar smoker so I’m always curious to see how the people treat me and their knowledge of Cigars. I’ll give the A+ for their hospitality and A+ for their knowledge of cigars.
In the picture is the owner Rick and he’s former military and his attention to detail and customer service is second to none. I’m sure you would be treated the same when you enter his establishment.
Rick met me at the humidor and gave me a quick overview of his selection and recommended a stick that I’ve never had before. I just finished smoking it and I’m getting ready to grab another one.
Rick also gave me a tour of the lounge including the private members lounge and offered to let me smoke in there since it was my first time. That’s customer service:))
They have a full bar along with food that I haven’t tried yet but I’m sure I will when I’m back in town.
There are plenty of comfortable seats and the ventilation is awesome which is not the case at many cigar lounges.
If you a cigar smoker or have a group of friends who like an occasional stick, do yourself a favor and give this establishment a shot. You’ll be more than pleasantly surprised...
Read moreI’d like to start off by saying I was super stoked to have a local cigar lounge. I really like the place, looks very well done. Everyone was very nice, gave me a tour showed me around explained their membership program. I didn’t eat there but I recognized the chef and he’s top notch. Drinks weren’t cheap, but on par with other upscale places in the area. The only downside are the prices of the cigars. The cigar I got should’ve cost 10-12 dollars. I was charged 36. I love having a nice cigar and I make my regular trips to cigars international to restock my own humidor, when I’m in Lancaster I always stop by the Lancaster cigar bar. I’ve been to a number of cigar lounges in Florida and these are by far the highest prices I’ve ever seen for cigars.
UPDATE: stopped in during fall fest and they adjusted their cigar prices! Awesome…...
