Read moreNot too bad. Quite a small place. Very well staffed. Extremely crowded. There are 2 staff who needs to be trained in terms of customer service. 1 staff was using his foot to drop kids sliding down with their toboggan. He also stopped them by grabbing on their leg or hand while they are still sliding down with some speed. By stopping them abruptly this potentially causes injury especially to kids as young as 4. The same staff then pulled the kids up (these are very young kids) by their arm (with 1 hand) and dragged them up and shuffled them off (at times this looked like it was fine with quite some force). I am assuming this is for safety but again this is not how you treat little kids. All the other staff were very gentle and had no issues. There was also another staff that screamed at some kids playing with the ice. The kids were not doing anything dangerous. And they were monitored by adults. You do not go around screaming at customers least little kids. Do better. Otherwise a good place to experience a toboggan. I personally would not be taking my child back...
Read moreLiving in a tropical and hot places have some advantages for living, but living in a cold and snowy place is much more interesting for inexperienced ones. So, when children heard that there was one, so we did try it and discovered the place.
First, quite far from the place where we were living in HCM City, but with the help of the car it was better and comfortable visits though it was hot season there. So, pls have one when you go there. Quite dusty road and a bit far from the city centre.
Second, the prices are varied depending on your budget and interests. . As long as we paid the tickets, we just tried the mini-theme park and the snowy place inside the man-made marvel for a try, and then proceeded to the shoes and jacket sections they provided for each customer. We spent much on the toboggan rides/sled and took some pictures of the artificial snowflakes/snow/colorful trees, etc.
Third, there are foods/drinks available in the site. So, we bought everything there though quite expensive...Grab some if you like them. Outsides foods...
