Hôtel Adef — Hotel in Oran

Hotel is / was fraud! All people, 14 of us had a problem with rooms. Photos were taken in the rooms just prepared for guests. Then they could not change us the room anymore, because all of them are the same. Not because hotel is full, we saw at the breakfast, that hotel is not full. Some rooms can be opened without key, some could not be opened at all, some rooms you could not lock the room, some have broken toilets, some broken windows, some can be unlocked with someone elses room key, basicly most pf them are dirty, and every day I had to reactivate the key card because the system is bad in general. It does not metter is the room 3rd or 7th floore, it's fraud!!!! Wifi in hotel also fraud! Instead of resting after exploring trips, we had to deal with room problmes! Again, hotel is a fraud! Local guides told us that there are normal hotels in that price range, and gave me some names (they knew the price range because before they did hotel checking for this agency from Bosnia and Herzegovina). ||Industrial harbor in front of you as view.||I am sorry that we did not make photo of prepared space for beakfast... There is whole restoran, but they prepare 4-5 tables and seperate them from rest of the restoran... They I realized.. that is the probably number of guests in hotel. ||And this is not Algier and Afrika! This is bad hotel! I am sorry I can not pplace the video of opening some rooms door,...

Une étoile puisque je ne peux pas mettre ZERO pour faire valider mon commentaire mais TOUTES LES CHAMBRES SONT SALES ET TRES MAUVAISE EXPÉRIENCE . Je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel médiocre ,un manque d'hygiène effrayant

On nous a proposé une première chambre elle est sale et comme ils refusent de rembourser , on nous propose une deuxième ,comme de bons clients, on accepte, on visite la seconde aussi crade que la première ! On constate que toutes les chambres manques d'hygiène ,à la troisième visite de chambre nous décidons de quitter les lieux que c'est vraiment pas possible pour nous d'héberger dans cet hôtel

Je ne sais pas qui leur a octroyé les 4 étoiles, mais l'hôtel ne respecte en rien les normes d'hygiène d'un 4 étoiles ou simplement les principes élémentaires de l'hygiène d'un simple hôtel ! Les chambres sont extrêmement sales, même après l'intervention de la femme de ménage.Draps,lits ,sols ,douches, climatisation défectueuse ,inondations d'eau dans la chambre?des cafards partout ....et encore les photos j'ai pas pû tout prendre mais c'est effrayant pour un hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles

Un personnel dépourvu de professionnalisme, un service médiocre, une responsable vulgaire, malhonnête et qui ne possède ni les codes ni l'allure d'une responsable d'hôtel.

Si vous voulez gâcher votre séjour à Oran, réservez dans cet hôtel, sinon fuyez.

Pour ma part, j'ai quitté les lieux directement. Impossible pour moi d'herber ou même de dormir une seule nuit dans cet hôtel insalubre

ils ont Refusé de me rembourser ,c'est pitoyable de voir que c'est notre argent mais on nous force à héberger chez eux après avoir constaté la médiocrité des lieux et décidé de ne pas séjourner ! L'hôtel Adef refuse de rembourser les clients ,alors qu'ils ne proposent pas un service de qualité et à la hauteur des attentes ,hôtel Adef propose surtout un service de médiocrité ! vous payez pour dormir dans la saleté c'est l'éthique de cet hôtel je pense , une Insulte à ce qu'on appelle l'hôtellerie. Même dormir sur un trottoir est plus propre que dormir dans les chambres...
