Firstly, I would like to say “thank you” to your amazing support of my families US Navy move from the U.S.A. to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The reason I am writing this letter is to extend my great appreciation to your hotel as you and your staff have taken great care of my family during this difficult transition to live and work at my new office in Bahrain. Specifically, I would like to “personally” say thank you to our very diligent and meticulous House Keeper Alauddin. He has meticulously taking care of our room since day one, paying special attention to the needs of my family. He has been our housekeeper for the over last month and remarkably continues to ensure our stay here is most comfortable. His hospitality and professionalism as a hotel housekeeper are beyond my description; he meticulously cleans our room every day, methodically trains new housekeepers as a mentor, and creates a sense of warm and welcoming environment when my family is in the while he cleans.
My family and I have been traveling around the world, having to stay in numerous five star hotels for the last decade; however, I have rarely experienced or observed a wonderful housekeeper with the professionalism with pride of Alauddin. I can easily foresee that Alauddin is a highly profitable organizational asset for this hotel, and I know that he will continue contributing to the Elite Grande’s highest reputation.

Read moreIt is awful experience, the worse experience I have ever tried in Elite hotels. the staff have bad conduct. Even the Moroccan manager Hussain was has been so rude and lying. Last Thursday 26th April. First of all, when we arrived at around 6:10 the apartments were not ready yet . They were so late, when it is supposed be ready at 2PM. The manager said he will compensate us with free buffet breakfast for all of us, because of the late issue that happened. After, around 45 minutes they give us the card of the room. When we went to the apartment, they are still cleaning, and It was dirty, not prepared , even soap and tissue paper was not there, until we asked them to bring it. Next, morning when we went to eat the breakfast, they said there is no breakfast for all of you. and the manager stated arguing about the agreement that he said. it’s only for one room, he really embarrassed us. If you can not commit the words you said then you should be keep mouth shut. He doesn’t deserve this position, being manger of big hotel. Moreover, we are almost go out from this miserable hotel, suddenly, we are stuck in elevator around 10 minutes , and we press on the alarm button, but there is no response, till my brother unlocks the safety lock and, we are start going out of the elevator in rush. Read moreBecause of the nature of my job, I travel a lot around the globe and based on my assessment during my 15 days stay, I gave 05 stars to the Elite Grand Hotel Bahrain. They have professional staff, spacious & super clean rooms, delicious and healthy food, dedicated house keeping staff. They always welcomed me with the smiling face.
The House Keeping Department has got wonderful team members and specially to mention Mr. Kumar who in my opinion is the best employee of the hotel. He has the ability to take care and serve the guest’s needs in a professional manner. I gave him my laundry and within no time my clothes were dry cleaned and ironed. He always called me that if I need anything or need cleaning services.
I will also like to mention Mr. Shohel who is a dedicated member of the team in the House keeping department. Mr. Dulji is another remarkable hardworking and polite staff.
The front desk main reception has got wonderful team members including Miss Amalia who is always eager to help and fulfill the guest’s needs with a smiling face. I was really impressed by Mr . Muhammad Ali for his hospitality and helpful attitude towards the guests.
