Holiday Park Mirovets — Hotel in Yablanitsa

Rude and impolite staff with a lack of basic social skills, not to mention hospitality.

Upon arrival, we headed to the restaurant to ask about the reception (it turned out that there was none), from there a sullen lady replied with: "This is a kitchen!", Without "Hello" or something like that.

Then another sullen woman appeared, who let us know that we were not the only ones to make a reservation (in other words, our names are needed), threw us a head of forms in which to fill in our data and then she disappeared.

Then a rude gentleman appeared, who kept muttering that we had arrived 10 minutes late (I'm not exaggerating) and began to speculate on the reason for our delay, based on his personal experience, stuff we didn't wanna hear anyway.

In the bungalow (for almost BGN 80 per night): the bathroom / toilet door did not close; there were no large bath towels; the bed was short and narrow (nightmare night); there were cobwebs on the windows and dust on the floor.

When we asked for 2 glasses of water, as they were missing in the bungalow, they replied in the appropriate tone: "... and return...

Not a good place to stay. The houses and the yard are beautiful, but the owner is very unfriendly and rude.We went for a weekend there and we didn't like our experience because of the bad attitude of the old man(the owner).
