We had a lovely 3 months stay at Casa Kep in their 1 bedroom family bungalow. The bungalow is located on a property with one other bungalow and main house. We had access to our own private kitchen and bath and a large wrap around terrace. The large garden is very peaceful and the property is well shaded so that you hardly feel the Cambodian heat except during the very hot months. There is no pool on the property - but we hardly missed it as the beach, national park, etc are only a 10 minutes' walk away.
The young couple who run the property are super laid back, accommodating, and hard working folks.

There are two standard rooms, one which has a private bathroom within the room and the other has the bathroom outside of the room. We got the latter which was not great as you walked out your room through a common area to get there. We weren't aware from our booking that this would be the case (unless we misread).
