Elite rooms Split — Hotel in Grad Split

POSITIVE: -The bed is confortable. -The room is big

NEGATIVE: -when we arrived there was nobody for check in, and the same when we left. there was a number in many doors that says “for check in call here”. We called and sometimes they hang out or they say “hello, hello” and nothing else. After half an hour or more, they told us that the key was on the door….they should put in the doors, for check in write us to whatsapp. bathroom was the worst experience ever, if you want to shower, prepare yourself to make the place a river

Confusing check in system - I had to send a screenshot of my booking to the owner. It was dark when we arrived and the area is not well lit so this felt a little bit unsafe. The room was lovely with a great shower and really comfy bed and tv with prime.
