If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Prague, look no further! This hotel is an absolute gem. Nestled in a quiet little alley, it’s just a stone’s throw from the city center. You get the best of both worlds: easy access to all the sights and sounds of Prague without any of the noise or disruptions.
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm and welcoming hospitality of the staff. Every single employee went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our stay began with a delightful surprise: we were greeted with a glass of prosecco and had a wonderful chat with the friendly hosts. It set the tone for a truly unforgettable experience.
The rooms are nothing short of stunning. Beautifully designed and meticulously maintained, they offer the perfect blend of comfort and style. The overall look of the hotel is equally impressive—every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a truly charming atmosphere.
The ambience throughout the hotel is simply fantastic. The bar and breakfast area are inviting and beautifully arranged, making it a pleasure to spend time there. Whether you’re starting your day with a delicious breakfast or unwinding with a drink in the evening, the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.
We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel 200%! There is absolutely nothing we could fault. The value for money is exceptional, and every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our trip to Prague so special. We can’t wait...
Read moreFirst off, positives - really lovely team of staff. So pleasant and willing to help such was a major highlight. Location was also a big plus. Breakfast had varied options. Cute styling and reasonable room sizes.
Considerations - much of the room was taken up with a little hallway section which made it great to store suitcases and shoes, however did take some space from the bedroom and the bathroom which are more essential. The bathroom shower did not have a glass door and only a shower curtain. The shower curtain visibly was clean however I don't prefer shower curtains generally for hygiene purposes (my personal preference). As the shower is small you need to keep the shower curtain within the shower to ensure you don't flood the bathroom. Low ventilation in the bathroom. Gap in the connecting wall between the hallway and the bathroom which minimised privacy a little.
No aircon however there is a fan in the bedroom which was good. Pod coffees were a bonus.
No lift due to the building being a bit older. You might need to go up three floors with your luggage so be aware.
Staff insisted that you leave your room key with them when you leave the hotel, each time. I suppose they do this so you don't lose your key however I found the process a little awkward, needing to ask for my key each time so I think they should offer the option of holding the key rather than...
Read moreThis place blew my expectations out of the water. The ambiance was top notch and just so perfect. I was taking photos everywhere for design ideas for my own home. Never been to a hotel that was so gorgeous and unique and inspiring. The staff - I can't say enough about how incredible they are. I was so sad to leave as I felt like we became their friends. We always looked forward to coming back to the hotel and having a drink or snack down in the cozy and beautiful cafe - which the cafe was an unexpected bonus the place offered.
I see that some reviews complain about the stairs with luggage - the staff brings your luggage up as well as down. Another review complained about the breakfast... I was thinking it would just be cold food and muffins, like American places do when they "include" breakfast. No, this was eggs and bacon, sausage, different breads to toast. Spreads, meats and cheese, and even a Bloody Mary they will make for you.
If you appreciate a warm and inviting staff, a unique/gorgeous environment and decor, great location, more than what you expected, etc etc, then stop looking and...
