Hotell-Restaurang Zilton — Hotel in Loviisa sub-region

We went with my friend to Zilton's bar on June 21st 2024 with three of our newly found local friends. The que to bar was not long but the bouncer demanded us cash in order to let us in. One of us had to pay 20 euros and the bouncer asked same amount from me and when I told I have only 10 euros, he accepted that. No cards accepted and no receipt received.||In addition to that he asked us all 4 euros for cloakroom even though only three of us had anything to leave there.||Then we found out that the upstairs dance floor was closed and there was only one person working on the bar counter and he was also taking care of the karaoke.||Bouncer was extremely nervous and squirreled aroung the bar all the time. All of us think he was using some drugs: his eyes were like plates all the time and he was very tense and nerveus. ||Very uncofortable experience, poor service and...

Vältä paikka, jos mitenkään mahdollista. Täysin ala-arvoista palvelua juhannusaattona. Viiden hengen porukalla jonotettiin sisään, kun on "niin täyttä". No ei ollut, mutta poke halusi 20€/nokka rahaa, että päästäisiin sisään. Käteisenä. Tyytyi sitten kolmelta meistä 20 euroon ja kahdesta 10 euroon. Päälle 4€ narikka/nokka riippumatta jättikö narikkaan mitään.

Baaritiskillä yksi työntekijä, joka hoiti myös karaokea. Ruuhka oli saatu aikaan sulkemalla yläkerta, joka on normaalisti auki, vaikka asiakkaita olisi kourallinen.

Meidän viiden hengen yhteinen arvio oli, että poke oli aineissa. Silmät lautasena, pyöri kuin aropupu koko ajan ravintolassa ja niin kireä, että olisi voinut vetää jotain lättyyn milloin tahansa. Eikä ollut sisustuksessa tai tunnelmassa muutenkaan kehumista. Arvosana 0/5.

Noin voi ilmeisesti toimia ja menestyä, kun vaihtoehdot puuttuvat. Laivasillassa oli hieno tunnelma ja meno, mutta se meni aiemin kiinni eikä jengillä ole muuta vaihtoehtoa kuin...

Aivan kauhea läävä. Yleensä ok henkilökunta, mutta perjantai-illalle osui äidin vahinkolapsi. No yritin sähköpostilla tavoitella ja kysellä onko toiminta yleensä noin ala-arvoista, mutta ei mitään vastausta viikon sisällä. Olen paikallinen asukki ja todella toivon, että ette käy tässä paikassa pilaamassa muuten mukavan kaupungin imagoa. In english this is not real loviisa, stay away from this place!
