Hotelli Havu — Hotel in Vakka-Suomi sub-region

We booked this room because we could not get much else at the time. Booking included breakfast, but when we got there, we were informed via a piece of paper (the desk clerk did NOT speak any English) that in order to get breakfast on Sunday we would have had to arrive before three o'clock on the Saturday. We arrived at three-thirty hence nooooo breakfast! Even though we paid for it. Spent some time looking for our room because we did not get told by the non-English speaking desk clerk where the room was. She could not answer our question on wifi or the wifi code. Another guest gave the code to us or else we would not have been able to use wifi. The room was comfortable enough...Unfortunately there was a long hair hanging from the shower head (which could neither have been from my husband or me as we both have short hair). The corridor stank of oily cooking, so can't be positive about the cleanliness either.The next morning the whole place was shut tight with no message as to what we should do with our key....so we just left it on a sideboard that happened to be in the exit area. We were basically very glad...

Just as advertaised, did not feel dissapponted of anything, that is the most important for us since we stay in any hotel no matter how may stars or if any. As advertaised animals were allowed but there was a little fee for that. Rooms were clean and quiet. The service was excellent, we appreciate honesty always, they had a problem with a breakfast serving but they tried to fix it with bringing breakfast to our room the night before A+ for effort!!! Always better than just to say sorry! This hotel is within walking distance from center but here is also a restaurant and nightclub if you dont want to go anywere else. Restaurant and bar did not cause any noise to the room, this could be different when staying in rooms closer to entre doors 😳🤔 I would recommend this hotel! Just remember to ask a room with a fan or air condition. If you like to eat your own food then atleast in our room the fridge was not cold enough for foods needing...

Unless you like loud trashy brothels with thuggish bouncers assaulting you at entrance, idiotic staff who can't work out what rooms to put guests into, a single key for married couples (because they clearly have to come & go together at all times: how 19th century!) & having to threaten to call the police or smash glass just to get into your room!! A total ripoff for the cost!!! I'd rather sleep in a ditch. One needs an armed guard to stay here! But if you're into criminal activity, this is probably the...
