Hôtel Première Classe Bordeaux Pessac Bersol — Hotel in Bordeaux

Yesterday 15/8/22 i went to the hotel did the check in went to the room and as soon i open the door the smell was bad mosquitos everywhere some squashed on the wall my partner opened the duvet mosquitos coming out under the duvet ! I call the prrson in charge he said he couldn't resolve only the manager but she was on holiday and she didn't want to be disturbed! I try to book another room didn't accept English visa cards and the other room was exactly the same price just bigger and the person in charge said and quote " hopefully it will not have any mosquitos " as was the same price I said u need to ring to your manager to approve the swap it was around 11pm or later and I was tired I drove more the 10 hours I just want a bed! He rang come back said the manager can't do anything just because im scared of mosquitos! Was the worst experience I ever had in a hotel if u can call that a hotel! I spent the money the plus another 15£ in breakfast and at the end I had to pay nearly 100£ for another room in...

Lost in Bordeaux due to a new road system, found this hotel by chance.||Rooms appeared to have been recently refurbished, with comfortable beds.||Clean room, linen and towels, bathroom small but functional, which was all we needed for an overnight stay.||The receptionist was friendly, and spoke several languages, advising us where we could eat in the evening.||5 minute walk to a couple of good restaurants.||Room was near reception which meant there was noise from reception area, but as it was a late evening booking, no complaints really. I booked the hotel and then went up to my room. The staircase was filthy. The sheets on the bed smelt of chips!!! ||As if that wasn`t bad enough, all hell broke loose with youths shouting until early morning, and cars driving round the car park with screeching tyres. There is a security gate across the car park, but the cars seemed to be local and they had access to the hotel car park.||Other guests got up and shouted down to them to be quiet and that we were wanting to get to sleep, but the youths just laughed.||I found being there and on my own extremely frightening and wore my clothes to sleep in, in case I had to leave quickly.||I would not stay here again.
