-no tea/coffee/kettle in the room (however I asked the staff and they gave it to me for a couple of days) -not even 1 bottle of water which is a standard nowadays -huge odour in the toilet, it was literally not possible to use the bathroom at all and I had to open the window even tho it was +39°C outside really tiny bathroom, there was maybe 20cm of space between a toilet seat and a cabinet, so every time when peeing/ pooping I had to sit sidewards!!! It was definitely less leg space than in wizzair/ryanair so u can imagine the soap and shower gel was not filled up when I arrived -the room was dirty in general. I had dirty feet after walking barefoots around the room, there was crumbs and hair on the floor so only the bed was fresh after I arrived on the 1st day -bed was really uncomfortable, definalety too soft. I was falling inside of the bed, the pillows were flat -the fridge was very miserable and water was leaking from it far away from city centre, also if you want to go to the port hercule you need to hike like 30 min to the hotel because it's located on the top of the mountain you can hear everything from the rooms next to you (I will try to upload a video here) the shower handle was turning off by itself (something was broken there) so I could only use rain shower -wifi was disconnecting every time I left the hotel and it didn't remember the user so you need to put the password thousand times during your stay. Also the speed of internet was bad... hair dryer from middle ages (also broken -a pipe was falling out) not much choice on the breakfast. There was no vegetables at all, no scrambled eggs, no baked beans... the only choice for me was 1 type of ham and cheese with bread and pain au chocolate so if you're vegetarian there's nothing for you apart from yoghurt or sweet bakery and boiled egg the lift was suspicious, I had a feeling its gonna fall down because it was bouncing after stopping on the specific floor

+: -price (even tho it's still expensive for us, East -Europeans) staff is really helpful and friendly and that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 to this hotel...

To sum it up, this hotel needs a lot of renovation... I recommend taking airbnb instead in...

I would give the staff at the front desk who I encounterd on 19/08/2021 & 20/08/2021 5 stars. However, the front desk attendant that I encountered on 21/08/2021 was less than helpful. On my complimentary breakfast card I clearly stated that I wanted Soya milk with my breakfast cereal, trusting that they would do so. The morning of the 21st I ate my cereal and realized that the milk tasted wrong. I called down to the front desk and asked if they sent the wrong milk, and the man at the front desk said he would check. 5 minutes later, room service came to my room and handed me milk, and I asked them if what I had previously was soya, and she told me no. I am extremely allergic to regular milk so at this point I am close to tears because my last day in Monaco will have to be spent in my room. Room service said I need to make a complaint to the front desk, so I went to do so, and the man at the front desk was defensive the whole time, saying that he sent me up soya milk in the end. Too little too late! I got a translator to tell him exactly what I was saying and he pretty much just said oh well. The translator ended up apologizing for him and they don't even work for the hotel! So thanks to the incompetence of the kitchen staff, and the front desk attendant I will now be in pain for the remainder of my stay before returning...

Without a doubt - Le Forum is our favorite place, it's very close to all Monaco' attractions and very affordable. Besides it's clean, quiet with beautiful roof view and well rounded continental breakfast and very friendly staff. We would like to express special appreciation to Barbara- day shift hotel manager! She is very professional, kind and friendly! She went out of her way and helped us on the day one, while at our checkins' we realized, we forgot our backpack with life saving insulin for my husband at Nice airport. Because of high international delegation were visiting Monaco that day, our backpack might ever be found, possibly- be destroyed...Barbara called police department at Nice airport and convinced them to return it to us! Without it we would have to go back to US and not enjoy time with our 2 grandsons. Besides, while we booked our room there we only 11 nights available for our 14 nights trip, so Barbara accommodated our needs and found the way to extend our stay for 3 more nights. She is an angel sent to us to made our experience felt the most warm and homelike! Thank you Barbara so much! We recommend hotel Le Forum with the most important-human touch and great...

I like this hotel and come back every year. It's only 25 metres from Monaco (in the commune de Beausoleil). It's not expensive compared to what you pay closer to the port. With the 2 elevators close at hand (in Monaco) getting to the boats is only a 10 minute stroll. There are 36 steps to take a shortcut or just walk an extra 50 yards and follow the road. The hotel is quite big so there are quite a few staff members: some friendlier and more helpful then others. The terrasse is a great place to drink a nightcap or just relax after a busy day. The breakfast is top notch. It's a self serve mainly cold but the boiled eggs and toast are hot. Coffee, tea, juice, cereal etc (see photos).

Einfaches Hotel mit (für Monaco) akzeptablen Preisen. Einfache, saubere Zimmer.
