Be careful from this hotel !! They’re very dangerous people !!
The room is very very very dirty !! the towels and the bed covers looks like was used to clean the floors and used for many years !!
I booked by mistake room for 2 adults without child on booking and I have 2 child with me (( 3 years old and 5 months old only )) , when I reached there I told them it was by mistake but even it’s fine the room that I paid for it in booking is enough for us !! But even they asked for extra payment !!!!!! They don’t give any excuses and they don’t care for any thing more than the money !!
We want down to the restaurant to buy some food and the reception guy came to us asking to close the lights, heater and AC before we leave !! When we went down the owner was with his friends and he was looking at us in very bad and strange way !! We really felt scared from him
After we check out from the hotel we wrote on booking reviews only (( bad service and not clean room )) after that the owner his name is LASHA texted us on WhatsApp and he started to say very very very bad words and warning me that he will brake my bones and saying very bad things to me only because I gave my feedback in two words on booking !!!!!
This was a horribles experience for me I feel like if am still there they will hurts me and my family !! I blame my self how I took my family to sleep in this dangerous place .. Sleep in the street more safe than sleeping in this hotel specially for the families
I have screenshots from his messages but I really feel very bad to post his words here
Arriving on the late flight from UK, the hotel organised a taxi for us on request. It picked us up and took us directly to the hotel. The driver didn’t speak English but was friendly and helpful with the bags.||As it was late and we had no GEL (only USD), they communicated we could get some rest and check in in the morning - a nice touch especially as the night receptionist didn’t speak much English and we spoke no Georgian at all!||The en-suite room with large shower was adequate enough with air-con and tv as well as free WiFi. The bed was a little uncomfortable - so I understand why some might moan - but it did fine for a few days.||Next day, we were woken at 9am with a very basic breakfast but better than nothing. We then checked in and they kept one passport whilst we changed some money at one of the many currency exchangers in the main square (near the fountains). A bit sad they didn’t trust us enough to have our passport back but maybe they’ve been stung before. Once paid in GEL (including the previous night’s taxi from the airport), we collected our passport and went about our day.||The room was cleaned daily and the hotel also organised a driver so that we could visit some local attractions including Prometheus Cave for a reasonable price considering it was a private car.||Overall, a decent stay in a good location. No complaints.||I’d also add that, looking at all the moans and groans on Tripadvisor, they are very responsive to feedback and do make changes so fair play to them!
I don’t usually write reviews, especially negative ones, but this time I can’t stay silent.
This is the worst hotel I have stayed in while visiting Georgia. And honestly, I have visited many…
I will explain step by step:
1 — First, they gave me a room. The entrance door was very unsafe, like the kind of door people in Georgian villages use for a shower.
2 — The same room had a strong smell of damp and mold, and it was hard to breathe.
3 — The bed was broken and sinking in the middle. It also made a loud noise, and I woke up every time I moved during the night.
4 — I asked to change the room and even pay extra. They moved me to another room. It was bigger and nicer, and without the smell, but the shower was broken and there was no hot water. This was the last straw, because I ended up in the shower covered in soap with only ice-cold water — the hot water completely stopped.
5 — The towels were very old and as hard as a wooden fence.
6 — The toilet seat in the room was broken.
7 — The shower cabin had broken glass, held together with electrical tape.
8 — The handles of the wardrobe doors were broken, so I couldn’t open it.
9 — (final) THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND, even a small one. And they talked to me in a very rude and impolite way.
If you don’t want to ruin your vacation or weekend, stay away from this hotel.
