This is basically a zero service hotel. It is running without any idea of hotel and customers policies and care. We stayed in a room on ground floor, that merely reached the standard of a 2 stars hotel .On a better look you' ll see scratched forniture, broken chair, table ruined by the water. Water form air conditionating was not collected at all on a firts room we got ( splashing on the balcony), and was collected in a plant pot in the other room we mooved to (overflowing and smelly, full of mosquitos). Mattress was unconfortable and the decorative pillow you see from the website were very dirty. Bathroom is very small and dark. The toilet flash was broken (they knew it) but the still gave the room to us. Water was keeping flowing for all day long, with a big lost of it and a noisy sound. This is why we asked to move to a room on the first floor and after 4 nights whitout sleeping due to the noise, they moved us upstairs. All the hotel is generally affected by a big problem of noise, which starts from around midnight and stills till about 8 in the morning. Generally, the walls are very thin so that you can litteraly hear the lights buttons turning on and off, from other rooms. No shower cups are in the bathroom set (basic standard). No beach towel are provided. You need to keep asking for everithing, cleaning towel too. The last 2 days they let us without cleaning towels because they said they run them out. Cleaning is very very basic. The bathroom doesn't get cleaned properly. Just the toilet but not the shower or the sink. The floor doesn't get washed. Staff's uniforms are dirty and smelly. Covid procedures are not taken. Even the owner does not wear a mask customers neither. Breakfast is poor in quality and quantity. We got to eat the same for a full week. The food is poor and not enough for all customers and many time food running out at very early time during breakfast time. It is not served ,so everyone got to touch the same surfaces and stuff before eating. Tables are in the sun with no shade at all, bacause there is not even a dining room. Table were sticky and full of crumbles form previous customers. Dimitri makes coffe or tea, but he has to deal with other guest's requests at the same time, so it happens you need to wait 20 minutes before you can ask to have a simple coffe. While we were there we saw many customers very disappointed. I can truly understand why. Customers are asked (indirectly) to leave five star rate and this is why owners try to entry in a sort of friendship with them. If you aspect to have a dinner here, be aware. They can only provide one single plate. No salad, no fruit, no appetizer, no dessert. They do not have a restaurant or as I said a dining room, so you got to sit outside in the terrible warm of Corfu'. There is not kitchen. It's their own philosophy they said. I say it would have been honest to point it out at the time of booking and not for customers finding out just when they are there. I asked for a refund that I got just after 3 days. I read many reviews based on this kind of issues. I would suggest to increas the general management. No 24h reception, so if you loose your key room or something happens no one can help you out. I had booked 6 nights and after their abusing behavior from the owners(Dimitris & Sofia) me and my husband left after just 2 nights! They self called a 4 stars hotel and it's just an old building partly renovated. A "4 star" hotel without even a label outside!!! The owner that is at the reception area(Dimitris) had no idea about hospitality and hotel policies. He was ironic when we asked for directions before we even arrive and when we eventually find the non label hotel, he didn't know how to do a check in!!! No customer book to sign, no info about the breakfast, no info about the wifi pass. Nothing at all!!! After 2 nights Dimitris told us that he didn't provided cleaning services and didnt fixed the TV of our room because we gave a bad review at the 1st day.so there is no point to serve us!!!!!! The hotel is not following Covid protocols!! As Dimitris told us when I asked him why he is not wearing a mask while he is talking to me, his answer was that he has immunity because he had Covid the previous months. At the breakfast area there is no hotel employee to serve us. It's a self service buffet which means that every customer touches the same surfaces in order to serve ourselves. Again, no Covid policy!!! No safety doors! Actually there was not even a number on the room doors!!!! And because they were old couldnt close properly!!! No sound insulation as they claim that they provide!!! I was hearing the smallest sound from the next rooms like TV sounds for example! At the end, when we checked out earlier the owners ( Dimitris & Sofia) informed us that we don't deserve a refund for the rest of the nights that we had prepaid. Thank God booking.com was the middle man and we refunded but the owners had already charged us one more night without being at the hotel! Again, no check out procedure. We didn't even get a receipt from the "4 stars" hotel!!! At least 2 more customers had complaints regarding their reservations while we where waiting at the reception for almost 4 hours in order to confirm with booking and the owner our refunting!!! During those hours the owners tried to cancel our reservation in order not to be refounted at all of course!!!
This hotel is much worse than a hostel!!!!

You will see reviews with people saying bad stuff it's complete nonsense. This is a boutique hotel in a ideal spot . In a very convenient location, yes it is next to a road and you will hear cars at the pool only but if you don't want that go pay double or triple the price and stay at a different hotel that looks 10x worst .The noise is minimal only for your odd motorbike that's louder but still nothing. Now that being said. Rooms are amazing simple Scandinavian design. A bar for clothing and simple furniture but has everything you need. I saw one comment about the receptionists being rude. That must be a bad joke . Both receptionists were the most helpful and polite people I seen the whole holliday and everyone was polite so that's saying a lot. One of the receptionists might as well be mixologist- save your money and only get cocktails here they use the best alcohol and taste amazing. 8 euro but worth every penny. She knows what she's doing so enjoy. I saw posts with bugs in the room. Hmmmm don't open the window or doors simple. For the money you pay you get a pool, clean rooms , polite staff, great continental breakfast +some extras , good drinks at good prices, close to bus stop for convenient travle, good coffee shop nearby with a normal corner store for anything you need.
