THE WORST PLACE

I booked this hotel through Oyo and went in yesterday for checking, the manager at the front desk did not care to wish or welcome, instead he was demanding us to pay higher amount than what was showing in the Oyo app. I tried speaking to him calmly and tried showing what was offered in the app, but he kept saying he cannot allow us without paying what he was demanding for. After calling Oyo customer care, someone spoke to me and put me on hold for so long and then hung up. I tried calling again, but could not get through to anyone. Since it was late, we told him that that we will pay and check in, but he denied the check in as Oyo would charge him more if I check in since I escalated them over the phone. The Manager was nothing but rude and showed his worst behavior that I have never seen in any hotel so far in entire India, he did not even have a courtesy to speak or explain anything to the guests, instead he was keep blabbering about price was not being updated in app. At the end, we had to leave and took another hotel closed by. The rooms are good and we'll equipped. But I think it could ve been made a bit more spacious. The rooms and premises are clean and tidy. Dedicated parking slot is not there but one could park their vehicles on the side of the hotel. The staffs assure safety and security to the vehicle. Food stall and restaurant is available in the ground floor and the food is also really commendable. The location of the hotel is also accessible and the City area is not to far. Food delivery companies like Swiggy also deliver to this place and the one could order food from them also. The delivery executive would bring the food...

This is a typical Bangalore Vegetarian restaurant (Like Darshinis) come Residency with few economical and pocket friendly rooms with few limited room services. Even the food is typical Karnataka dishes with North Indian and few Chinese varieties, especially the Manchurian's tastes good (when I visited it was) depends on who prepares when you visit this place! South Indian dishes tastes good. It has a small service area with few seating.
