I haven't had a worse experience that to after paying so much. I swear I wanna write so many abusive words right now. The stairs were wet without a wet floor sign. The janitors(sweepers) were standing right there and didn't stop me, rather opened the stair door for me. I fell really bad on my back. The receptionist was right there and there was no check up on who was responsible and liable. I was told that it was managers off that day and later I talked to manager regarding the issue, he said that he came and checked the camera footage and didn't even apologise. Dont go with images posted on websites, stinky room and bathroom, very bad service, took 1 hour for a portion of masala papad. While ordering main course, phone was not picked many times, had to go 2 floors down to request for taking order. While ordering, was told a portion of butter chicken is half chicken after waiting for 20 mins, was told again that a portion is full chicken and was asked whether to proceed with order or not. Stayed here for 1 night with my husband & toddler. The room we were staying in lacked cleanliness/hygiene. The blanket, I felt was not clean. The swtich-board near the bed was loose. No windows !!!!! No natural light !! There was no water in the jugs when we checked in, had to call for it (Complimentary bottled water was provided). Dinner & room service was good.
