Lift is not working from 3 months and no one addressed it till now. only by this you can imagine how worst services they Providing. Washing machine.. God knows when it will work monthly 2 to 3 times it will get repaired. Montly rent and deposit money is a biggest SCAM. Easily they will charge 2k to 3k extra on the name of electricity bill, water charges, GST, wifi & some other hidden charges. Main thing don't keep hopes on security deposit amount. Manager do not communicates properly with tenants his only dialogue for every issue is "it's not in my hands". Never expect food every day for 36 rooms they provide food only for 10 people also have scan a QR code and make a sign in register for that & Food is not hygiene sometimes. They expect to pay rent on time otherwise they add late fee but they won't provide basic facilities. if you won't pay full rent due to any issue evection team comes to your room and makes nonsense with worst behaviour. If any previous damages in your room that will comes under your name when you check in the room & that would be adjusted in security deposit hence you won't get your money back after check out. If you want a peaceful life DO NOT COME TO THIS PROPERTY Thats my one liner friends. I suffered and I want to warn. My friends are at other colive properties that is going good. But their is something big problem with Benton. Nver ever come pls. Pros- Nice rooms, water suppy proper, cleanliness good, property attendant (Laxman)friendly .

Cons- No property manager to attend, Incorrect Billing and if incorrect bill not paid in time late fees charged,there is a separation charges when you leave this property which is not told at time of check in, unless Billing issues resolved if you do not pay the bill you will get threat call from colive extortion team to pay else they will vacate forcefully, gyeser not working most of time, all customer support tickets calls whatever its nothing at time of need, food is very bad, common kitchen is of no use, power backup DG does not have fuel ever, food leftovers are dumped near common are and are not cleared by garbage man, too much smelly common area, I can go on n on. . just one word DON'T SELECT...

They have taken money from me by making so many fake promises. Like the deposit will be 100% refunded and I can pay the rent and deposit 2 days before the check-in date. And for now I just have to pay the token and block the bed. But when I paid the token of 2000 rs I came to know that everything was a lie. I started getting calls and messages from the company to pay the amount now or the Booking will be cancelled and I will not get the token back. The sales person told me to ignore everything and he will update the details in the system. And after 10 days my booking got cancelled and I lost my money. When I made a complaint to the company they did nothing about it and took no action against the sales person. The person I made a complaint to started yelling at me when I asked him to give me my money back and was very rude.
