I had a very disappointing experience at this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the place was poorly maintained and looked nothing like the photos posted online.

I tried calling the contact number listed on both their website and the booking app multiple times, but no one answered. My family and I were left stranded outside in the rain for nearly an hour because the staff was asleep and no one was available to open the door.

When we finally got in, the staff informed me that the room I had booked was already occupied (and theres a guest staying in one of the rooms) and tried to give me a different one. It was only after I insisted on a refund that they suddenly made the originally booked room available (as the staff lied to me that theres some other guest staying in that room).

After pursuing them for over an hour regarding the contact issue, a staff member eventually gave me another number, claiming it belonged to a co-owner. That person told me the number listed online was actually that of a former employee — which the staff claimed was one of the owner of the property.

The restaurant shown in the photos turned out to be nonexistent. It was just an open terrace with no proper seating and infrastructure , and I was told to eat all meals in my room. Also one of the guests told me that they don’t have a power backup and only had power for 3-4 hrs in the entire day.

Overall, this stay was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. The lack of communication, misleading information, and poor management made for a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this property. All the reviews seem to be fake. Also the approach road is in very bad condition. There is a risk to fall off from the cliff on a normal monsoon foggy day.

There is absolutely nothing positive about this place.

We booked in June 2025, and were shocked upon arrival. It’s located 1 km off the main road—accessible only through a muddy, steep slope. Totally unsafe for normal vehicles.

The so-called hotel looks like a "khandar" (abandoned building)—definitely not what’s shown in photos. It's also 5 km away from Mahabaleshwar, situated deep in the ghats, especially difficult if you're coming via Poladpur.

Don't trust the fake reviews. The owner promised a refund, but it’s been over a month and I’ve received nothing. They’ve stopped answering my calls.

This isn’t a hotel—it’s a shady 2-storey building run by a fraudulent management team.
