Worst Experience Ever – Do Not Visit!

I regret booking a stay at Courtyard Bar and Beyond in Udaipur. We booked two nights for ₹18,000 and even paid ₹5,000 in advance. We arrived early at 7 AM, only to be harassed by the staff, demanding the full ₹18,000 upfront despite already paying the advance.

The person I spoke to said, “Wait, mai aata hu aur batata hu tum sabko,” in an extremely rude tone. Instead of welcoming us, offering water, or arranging an early check-in (which we were willing to pay extra for), we were treated like we didn’t matter. Even after informing them a month in advance about our arrival and room preferences, they failed to accommodate us.

We were left stranded at the reception for over two hours, with no help whatsoever. It was only when we threatened to call the police that they began to respond. They refused to refund our ₹5,000 or provide a room, leaving us completely stuck.

The property itself is nothing like the pictures—misleading and a complete disappointment. Adding to the misery, the location is terrible with no proper road access. The biggest mistake we made was trusting Ravi, a staff member who convinced us to cancel our MakeMyTrip booking and book offline. Had we booked through a travel app, we would have at least had customer service to escalate our issue.

I have bad experience in this hotel because they are not allowed me to park my car inside the property because there is B and b bar on the top floor of that hotel and some bar customer parked his suv car in hotel parking so guard told me not to park my car behind that suv and I have parked my vehicle out side of the hotel,

So kindly requesting to hotel management do not judge the book by it's cover I have sedan car it doesn't mean that I am not capable person so you gave more important to others who doesn't even staying in that hotel and I have book your hotel for 2 days and I have paid you 10000 rs as well so it doesn't include car parking to your hotel?

Unfortunately I have to submit that issue because it was very bad behaviour done

by your staff ,

So the reason behind that review for that family members who have sedan car with them so not stay in that hotel specially families because we are not as important as their bar customers are the first priority in their mind,
