Hotel Siva palace — Hotel in Tiruvannamalai

Room dirty, stayed for 2 weeks, the room was never cleaned. Monkeys sleeping outside my window, the smell of their poo and the noise did not let me sleep, I never had the promised view of Arunacala because window always closed. Despite my daily requests to put something to block the monkeys, the hotel ignored me, they were saying they would deal with it, but nothing was done.

When I was doing the booking they told me there would be a restaurant, there was no restaurant. No service in any way.

Kitchen had nothing other than à dirty sink. Not even one glass. It was not à kitchen.

The only luxury in this supposedly deluxe room was the bed. Everything else, very basic, very run down and dirty.

When I said that I would leave 4 days early because of the bad conditions, they saïd that the management had a fight with the owner, and that this is why the service was not good, and that they would give me my money back for the 4 days. They kept sending me messages about the fight between the management and the owner, about being at the police etc etc. More people left the hotel. When I went back at the agreed time to get my money back, they completely changed their story, told me that it was my fault I left the room early and were very aggressive, they never reimbursed me.
