Worst location, worst staff, worst customer service, Dirty rooms.. negative rating for hospitality... misbehaviour with senior citizens... loud reactions when someone complaints regarding their service....there is no intercom facility...... you have to make a mobile call at a single number for all services...say it room service, restaurant, house keeping.... pathetic pathetic .I traveled with 3 senior citizens...they were sooo disgusting ... when I complained at their reception about their poor services ...nd other issues regarding Dirty rooms.... they asked us to check out at 8 pm night... giving us anxiety ...they literally harrased us instead acknowledging the complaints or putting efforts to resolve the issues ...this was too much offending....they don't deserve to be in this hospitality industry..... unforgettable experience for us ever at...
   Read moreThis isn't a hotel; it is a Yoga ashram which is still under construction at places. room service is poor, the restaurant was not well maintained. This yoga ashram is in a narrow street at a great height, which is dangerous. This place is surrounded by monkeys which could be dangerous for kids. Awfully expensive for what you'll get, I deeply regret I booked this. I had booked a 2-bedroom apartment and they gave me a big hall with two separate beds, with a dirty bathroom, no towel, and no room keys. I was with my family so I couldn't do something, and I accepted whatever they gave me. I feel cheated.

   Read moreI loved the location. It was on a quieter street with less traffic. We could leave the window open at night. It is 5 minutes to the Ganga and 5 minutes to Laxman Jhula. Our hotel room was large. The fan/air conditioner was great. There was a small wardrobe and a small desk with a TV. There was a housekeeping service daily if you wanted.
