RedDoorz @ Jalan Mojopahit Medan — Hotel in City of Medan

So we came across this place, after we had a very dirty room. At first, after a talk with the lady (which was nice) and the owner on the phone, we arranged that we had 1 room for 2 days for 400000 IDR. That was fine. The owner was nice and acting nice with talking German so we had a good feeling. Room was ok but nothing special, smelly, no sink. Day 2: we arrived and the lady said that we had to pay another 400k. We didn’t agree Ofcourse, as we made an arrangement with the owner. Talking with the owner on the phone, and Ofcourse his real face came to light. He said we made the arrangement to only pay for 1 night. Why would we have to pay two times when I explicitly said 2 nights. Total bullshit. We moved to a very shitty room for 200k because I didn’t want to move again (and the lady that came to receive the money had to come with a guard???). Auf wiedersehen, we will...

pesan dari agoda, lokasinya strategis di tengah kota, dekat dengan banyak landmark, pelayanan agak sedih, msh bisa ditoleransi, kamar kumuh, bau apek, kasur kotor, lampu remang, kamar mandi jorok dan tidak ada air panas, wastafel mati, tidak disediakan handuk dan sabun, shampo, dan peralatan sikat gigi, tidak disediakan tempat sampah di dalam kamar, remote ac rusak, stopkontak hanya tersedia satu di kamar dengan 3 bed. padahal harganya juga tidak murah2 amat.. mohon dapat diperbaiki lagi...

Foto di Agoda tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan, kamar tidur kotor, lembab, dan redup. Dinding kuning seperti terkena urine. Pojok-pojok ruangan dilengkapi dengan sarang laba-laba. Kamar mandi juga tidak terawat dan air panas tidak berfungsi. TIDAK ADA perlengkapan mandi (termasuk handuk). Jumlah colokan juga terbatas, kamar untuk 3 orang hanya ada 1 colokan. Sangat mengecewakan, DO NOT BOOK YOUR ROOM HERE.

Informasi tambahan, ada surprise septic tank dalam kamar + TIDAK ADA LEMARI...
