During our stay at RedDoorz Hotel, we had an infuriatingly disappointing and awful experience that I absolutely must share. From the moment we checked in, the room was a total nightmare. Geckos were crawling around freely inside, and dead cockroaches were lying on the floor, surrounded by a swarm of flies. The unbearable stench of gecko feces behind the furniture was enough to make us want to leave immediately.
And the bathroom? Oh, it was a disaster. Mold was creeping everywhere, and there was an annoying hole in the ceiling, allowing mosquitos, flies, and other pests to invade the room. These disgusting conditions were nowhere to be seen in the booking photos, making it a misleading representation and a complete scam.
When we tried to check out and find some sanity elsewhere, RedDoorz's response was utterly appalling. They refused to grant us a refund, and to top it off, one of their so-called representatives had the audacity to dismiss our concerns by saying, 'what do you expect from a budget hotel?' Can you believe it? It's as if they think budget means it's acceptable to provide a filthy, unlivable space.
Fuming, we reached out to RedDoorz for help, and guess what they said? They directed us back to the property to get a refund, but that was just another insult. The owner was an absolute joke, hiding in his room and pretending he wasn't the manager. He outright refused to provide any refund, even had the nerve to claim we hadn't paid in the first place, and laughed in our faces.
And as if his disgusting attitude wasn't enough, he went on to use foul language and swear at us in Arabic, thinking we wouldn't understand. It's infuriating that someone like him is in charge of managing a hotel. RedDoorz seriously needs to wake up and take responsibility for the terrible experiences they're subjecting their guests to.
I can't begin to describe how annoyed and frustrated this entire ordeal has made us. RedDoorz should be ashamed of themselves for treating their paying guests with such disrespect. This has been one of the most infuriating and dreadful hotel stays we've ever endured, and it has undoubtedly tainted our impression of RedDoorz as a whole. They better get their act together and make some serious improvements if they don't want to lose more customers...
