Al Laghet — Hotel in Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro

Well, I am little afraid to put one star, simply becauae I am not used to. I will pick two stars, just because tall, bald guy was just nice, say coupe of supporting words after I accidentally dropped my beer and asked for napkins to clear my the mess I made. All other things were uwfull experience : we waited 20 minutes for any attention, went to the bar and asked to be served, then we were asked to have a sit. Another 10 minutes later we insist to take an order and finnaly get one there was no possibility to change "combo" menu (we want aperol spritz instead of white wine) - it is crazy, as prices are the same - but this is fine, we oredered two combos the most irrational was that we started to play "uno" card with out 5 old son and blond young lady, came to us (after we oredered) and say please stop playing a cards - I am well behaved thus we stopped but still I am shocked why I needed to do so. My child almost started to cry... at the end - I came to pay the bill, did it, lady did not give me receipt, she was staring at me, seeing that I was waitng for it... But it never came... My recent visit to Al Laghet restaurant left me feeling disappointed and disheartened, especially as an expectant mother in need of urgent assistance.

After encountering a malfunctioning public toilet, I approached the staff at Al Laghet for help. Despite being 8+ months pregnant, explaining my situation and politely requesting to use their facilities, I was met with a rude refusal from the lady at the bar.

The lack of empathy and understanding displayed by the staff member was deeply unsettling. I wouldn’t have had any problem with ordering something from their menu, but the way she answered left me feeling embarrassed and humiliated in front of other customers.

Thank you so much for everything ! Your little hotel is really warm and beautiful. I think because of you and your gorgeous mum and of course your staff in your hotel and in the restaurant. You all you have your heart in the right place.

This place has definitely the sweetest rooms. Really comfortable & calm. The snacks in the Snacksbar are savory and you definitely should try their restaurant " Trattoria dal Bacon " JUST WOW The meals are fit for a king. Very delicious!!!

If you want to go to Lago di tenno and you should do this :) you have to go to this wonderful Hotel near of the lake ! You´ll be suprised.
