B & B near the center — Hotel in Pisa

Very good B&B with a nice small garden! Clean, cosy, quiet and recently renovated room with everything we needed. A week before our stay we received a kind email in English with instructions on which our room is, wifi pass, code for the door etc. So when we arrived around 21h we didn't need to look for Marco, we found our room ready and then took a walk around Pisa in the evening (definitely worth it).||The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, only houses, some fantastic villas. It was easy to find the centre, although I wouldn't say it's two steps away (a due passi), it was a 15-20min walk, but we didn't mind. When we came back around 12AM, Marco greeted us friendly and we arranged to do the payment the next morning. On the next day, we could even have breakfast in the cute kitchen area before we left, even though it was after 10h.||Not so easy to find by car with...

Everything the other reviewers said, turned out to be true: Clean, spacious, nicely done, easy parking, not far from the Pisa Tower by foot or from the center of town. Computer, printer, internet, breakfast, outdoor area, bike rentals. All for low cost. I stayed in another place in Pisa and it was a nightmare. The best part of my stay were the owners themselves. M and N live there and were welcoming, had great suggestions, took care of everything in a relaxed, polite and professional way. Perfect hosts in my book. M even took me for a jog, showing me the farm fields that are at the edge of the north part of town. If I come back to Pisa, I will stay here again. Good location with respect to the center and the leaning tower, the train station is at 2,7 km, but buses ride until about 8:15 and stop nearby.||The owner was very friendly and helpful.||The rooms were big, cozy and clean and there was no noise. The kitchen is at all time accessible to the guests as such that the accommodation can be used. A PC with printer is available too and wifi is accessible in the whole house.||A BBQ and bikes can be rented at very low price compared to commercial businesses.
