Hotel did not provide accommodations as was shown on the website. The room was on the third floor with 40 steps to walk up and down. Hotel did not state this fact. The onsite parking was located 2 blocks away in private parking lot with no security. Park at your own risk. The breakfast was served in the out-site restaurant distance away which take 15 mins walking. None of these facts was described on hotel website. Management refused to issue refund for accommodations not provided. ...

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better, everything was within walking distance. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist and give great tips. We felt completely comfortable. Siamo tre coppie di adulti che abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per due notti. Esperienza indimenticabile per tutto quello che ci è stato offerto e che di solito non si trova in un b&b. Antonino è un ragazzo molto educato, gentile e disponibile a tutte le nostre necessità.
