Apartment Hotel 11 ShinImamiya II — Hotel in Osaka

The apartment was clean and spacious but the check in instructions were not clear. The beds are squeaky. Shower head is leaking. No garbage cans in washroom. We arrived early and really appreciated the cleaning staff to let us check in early. Location is convenient but the area is a bit old. It was our last stop in Japan and we were very disappointed with Osaka cuz the area was dirty, cigarette buds everywhere and smelly (sewage and cigarette smell). The apartment itself was pretty new. Good new apartment hotel in a local neighborhood. Was a bit confused finding the location, no sign for the name of the apartment until you are right in front of the door, and it was on the side wall... we literally went past it twice before realizing it was in front of us.... quite a hassle having luggage with us walking around...
