Excellent location 2 min walk to large 7-eleven. Bus stop is literally across the road. And Tonosho port for ferries to Okayama. Also the visitor info center is right their. You can also catch the bus to the other end of the Island for Fukuda port. All fares are maximum 300 yen, and you can also buy 1 day buss pass 1000yen or 2 day pass 1500yen (very good value). You can buy it on the bus itself or at ticket office.

We always received warm service from staff and owners, the shared bath was comfortable to soak in, water temp not tooo high ( as it’s often the case in Japan). Breakfast consisted of many small dishes, tasty and light.
