Odom Retreat — Hotel in Baskinta

i spoke with them first to book a stay, after they gave me dates and said that booking is confirmed, they return after 6 hours to tell me that they had a problem with their system, and a guest booked through their online system( which is not correct as i was always checking availability and they close it on booking.com) so i changed the dates, 2 mins afterwords they tell me that they are not available anymore as there is a guest who called and provided credit card details over the phone( property that gives the booking to the person paying first!! although you agree with them on a payment date) then when i was very angry their manager called and informed me that my booking for a specific date is now 100% confirmed( i have the call recorded) and he is working on providing me with another date if he can, and he will refer back to me on Tuesday, however on Tuesday he didnt call at all, so i waited and called on Wednesday i chased him from 11:00am until 6:00pm until i was able to get an answer from him in which was that he was not able to do the reservation as all his guests paid! what a shame! he told me first that my booking is 100% confirmed then he gets back 2 days later to tell me its not!!! and the only thing they say that we are sorry! i will never book with this property again, i have all their calls and chats recorded! worst unprofessional staff i have ever seen in my...

The Odom Retreat experience is a definite must. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the lovely staff who checked-us in fairly quickly and explained the concept of the Domes. We them visited our room that contained an extensive suite of amenities (from slippers, bathrobes, extra blankets, to bottles of water and numerous hot refreshments). Some friends told us ti expect freezing temperatures, but the Dome was extremely well-heated by a gas fireplace and an extra electric heater. The room was superbly designed, with the bed overlooking the snowy mountains. The bathroom was extremely clean, and contained all essentials, and surprisingly the shower offered different jet massaging options. On the second day, we were offered an all-inclusive Lebanese breakfast, consisting of delicious traditional bakeries and sweets.
