We reserved 4 rooms in advance (3-4 days prior to visiting). When we reached the hotel we were greeted with a dark gloomy reception as there was no electricity. We were not told that they had problems with their generator. It was clear that this was an ongoing issue, but instead of them being honest and clear about it and telling us about the “no electricity” issue they decided to hide it from us, very dishonest. This meant we couldnt use the lift to go up to our rooms which were on the 4th floor and had to literally crawl our way up without a single ray of light. Going up the stairs there were some open windows which were not visible and we luckily managed not to bump into the frames as they barely visible in the darkness. The entrance of the lifts had stacks of glass piled on top of each other, meaning if we have used the lift we would have stepped on them by mistake which would have caused a serious incident!!! The rooms were spacious and well furnished, however the safe-locks had no battery meaning we couldnt keep any of are valuables in it and had to put them back in the car. Some of the light bulbs in the room were burned, however that was hard to detect as the electricity was barely on for more than 10-15sec at a time. Following all this we were very furious and wanted to speak with the managers to feedback to them, however we have been told “we cannot speak to them”. In summary, amongst all the hotels we have visited and stayed in, this hotel “one to one” is easily the worst inhospitable hotel we’ve ever seen and will ever see. After all the atrocities we have seen during that day we decided to pack our luggages and leave the hotel without staying a single night in it. Very despicable and dishonest. STAY AWAY.

Nice location Smell of smoke is disgusting even though it was a non smoking room The heating system was turned off during the night only the air conditioning was on, which was annoying Rooms are spacious Hotel is a lil outdated but still a good option for this area Prices are fair

Just to be precise, this review is about the furnished appartements, and not the hôtel. The place is extremely well situated (right above the Dhour festival). Couch and bed really comfy, and electric devices are of good quality. Bit pricy but worth it

We booked 10 days before the waiting weekend. We chose this hotel because it is a branded 4 star hotel. So we went, my family and I, to our room: half the ceiling lights were out of use, my husband changed some of them. The A/C filters were full of dust, we cleaned them just to have some cold air. Shower handle broken/Bathroom fan not working/Just 1 light working in the bathroom, luckily there was hot water! The room carpet very dirty/we had used slippers/flyscreen damaged/NO ELECTRIC KETTEL. On the web, we felt in love after seing the beauty of their rooms with their superb explanation, but in reality, it has nothing to do with this know branded hotel. Sadly. When we talked about these problems with the concerned persons, they were just......
