Hôtel Huberty — Hotel in Kiischpelt

The Huberty hotel is a very nice and small hotel. It's very quiet, fun and accomodating. Don't be fooled, there are a lot of reviews about terrible service and rude owners, the new owners are very nice, welcoming and pleasant to be around! The rooms offer soft beds, enough space to put your stuff and even a small desk if you wish to work! Breakfast was very delicious, and don't get me started on the dinner! They make absolute masterpieces for a very good amount-to-price ratio! The only downside is that the room comes with a cramp and unventilated toilet. (I do recommend leaving the toilet door open after use). I would highly recommend taking a visit...

Very bad place. We came with 11 people, they refused to serve us food while other people at the tables next were eating them. We finally had a drink EVERYONE because it was very hot before leaving. They refused to speak to us in French or German only in Dutch. We thought we were a Holland while we were in Luxembourg. And the total it we have 16 glasses instead of 11. When we wanted avon ask, they just told us we could leave. Do not put your feet on it, only the Dutch are admitted. Go your way, too much arrogance in this place.||||Sehr schlechter Ort. Wir kamen mit 11 Leuten, sie weigerten sich, uns Essen zu servieren, während andere Leute an den Tischen als nächstes sie aßen. Wir haben endlich ALLES getrunken, weil es sehr heiß war, bevor wir gingen. Sie haben sich geweigert, mit uns auf Französisch oder Deutsch nur auf Niederländisch zu sprechen. Wir dachten, wir wären Holland, als wir in Luxemburg waren. Und insgesamt zählen wir 16 statt 11 Gläser. Als wir behaupten wollten, sagten sie uns einfach, wir könnten gehen. Setze dich nicht darauf, nur die Holländer werden zugelassen. Geh deinen Weg, zu viel Arroganz an diesem Ort.||||Très mauvais endroit. Nous sommes venus avec 11 personnes, Ils on refuser de nous servir à manger alors que d'autres personnes aux tables à cotés etaient en train de manger elles. Nous avons finalement bu un verre CHACUN car il faisait très chaud avant de repartir. Ils ont refusé de nous parler en Français ou en Allemand seulement en Néérlandais. On se serait cru un Holland alors que nous étions au luxembourg. Et pour la totale, on nous compte 16 verres au lieu de 11. Quand nous avon voulus réclamer, ils nous ont simplement dit qu'on pouvait partir. N'y mettez surtout pas les pieds, seul les Hollandais y sont admis. Passez votre chemin, trop d'arrogance...

Absolutely disappointing!||Working as a tour guide I was on an exploration tour for guests on the Escapardenne Lee trail with a friend.||At the end of the walk we wanted to drink a coffee at the Hotel's pub. We sat down on the veranda, waiters ran up and down, nothing else happened, not even a " Hello" or "coming soon". So I decided to go inside...||I was never before treated that unfriendly and insulting by a "host".Before I could even ask a single word I was thrown out and had to listen to some really ||inappropriate words.||So we went away.||Now I know at least where never to go...
