Hotel Sri Klawang — Hotel in Negeri Sembilan

i have stay there for an event.. The room is bad with no hot shower and the cleannesses omg for the price that im paying i can get a better hotel with that price.. Just because it is an event there i have no choice.. The management was really bad, i have paid and book for 2 nights and they said to me only that i booked for 1 night only.. Im pregnant 8 months so it is hard to up and down the stairs but they didnt even accommodate that issue because it is 3 event in 2 days so i will be going up and down a lot.. They didnt event care.. Plus the one of the employee park directly infront of the hotel even when the event is on going.. it is really inconvenient the guest to drop off kids or elderly people.. Even the guest will never parked in front of the lobby so idk what makes the staff think that he can just park his black myvi there.. At the end I come back home with back pain and rashes on my skin.. idk why the rashes is it the water or the bed idk.. but overall not going to repeat here.. Came here today for wedding event. 4 bulan lepas sudah ada orang lain buat complaint pasal tandas kotor. Seriously hotel management, you guys dont do anything about it? Toilet bowl kotor, tak boleh flush, sinki kotor, sabun takde. So disgusting. Do something la, ppl always come here. At least please keep the place...
