This is the worst case I have encountered No refund allowed I have to spend more money to find another hotel.There is a big difference between before and after booking. I booked a double bed room. Before booking it was stated that the room has a private toilet and air conditioning but after you paid and checked in the room was very bad It's so stuffy and there's only one single bed  no private toilet and no air conditioning during the day. I can accept that there is no private toilet in the room, but there is no air conditioning in the room during the day. All in all my stay was nice.The owner is really welcoming and helpful. You have to lower your expectations for the room. They are only divided by thin Boards so can see the light from your neighbours and hear everything. There is just a mattress on the Floor. If you close the door the room gets really hot because the aircon is outside. But the owner provides a Fan for each room. There is no hot water/towels. But honestly if you are a backpacker just passing by for a night you can arrange nicely with it. There is good food in the Area and the bus terminal amanjaya is just...

No respect to people..This is not hotel 2star..It's Shoplot..They lie when make booking and the price is very expensive.. Different from Google price and the owner telling price.. The bathroom and room very bad condition..Family cannot stay the Shoplot..no have space to sleep and stay..
