NueVo Boutique Hotel Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam — Hotel in Shah Alam

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a really pleasant experience. The reception was warm and welcoming, and check-in was handled smoothly. Special thanks to Miss Chandra, who was very friendly and professional, she made the whole process even more comfortable and easy. The rest of the staff were also polite and attentive, which added to the positive atmosphere.

I stayed in room M03, and it was really comfortable. The bed was cozy, the layout was convenient, and it provided a nice space to relax after a long day.

That said, there were a couple of small downsides. There was a blackout during my stay, which was a little inconvenient, and the floor felt a bit sticky at times. Hopefully, these can be improved for future guests.

Overall, the excellent service from Miss Chandra and the team, along with the comfort of the room, made my stay enjoyable. With a few improvements, I believe this hotel could be an even better...

Very nice view of the sunrise. Just make sure to take room 211. that hotel and his kind frindly stuff. will understand you tast and going to work really hard. in order to makw sure you have a pleasent stay. and yes pople.. there is nothing as shop. market. or any small kosick even. you need a car to reach all facilitys and shops u need. and its take 3-4 min by car.. before u complaining about (no shops near by.) i guess you aready notice that once u walk in the hotel lobbey. .. this hotel have its own glass bulding design. which foucas on giving guest a peace of mind for what it has of sun rise and down eohouria.. by the way.. if you was in need for a pick up to nearst shop.. please dont hesitate to ask any one of the stuff there.. they will fitch you by thier own privet car for free. trust me when i say.. they are really kind and...

We book 2 rooms which are Room No. 203 and 206 via booking.com apps. The Rooms are good.

Mostly, Hotel Receptionist always busy with their own stuffs and if we ask something they'll reply just halfway like an uneducated staff.

But, Ms. Chandra who stole our hearts by treat us very friendly and make the environment homely with her guidance.

She's always there if say need any help. Helping tendency is very important key for Hotel Receptionist. She nailed on this particular aspect.

The Rooms cleaner also problem solving. We just met cleaner less then five minutes. Very friendly both of them, Even they ready to guide us by explain all the amenities that provide.
