Hotel Orchard Inn — Hotel in Subang Jaya

I had 1 night stay at this hotel, the booking is make through Agoda, during my stay the hotel lift was under repair, upon checking in, I found that the TV is not working, so I request another room which fortunately the replacement room is available, The mattress and pillow is long used subject for change. Room is clean but no hanger provided in the closet. Even the room is fully paid via Agoda but they still need me to put rooms deposit. Beverage coffee and tea is provided but hot water is provided at the floor lobby. I booked three rooms, for me & my family. Each with its own set of issues: One room had a broken TV. Another room had a non-functional heater and lights. One room had a strong, unpleasant cigarette odor. The toilets were not suitable for families—there were no locks, and using the shower or toilet felt unsafe.

On a positive note, the location was convenient. However, this was my first disappointing hotel experience, and I will definitely not be returning or recommending...
