Carrusca Mar e Sol is located on one of the best beaches in Mozambique. Absolutely stunning location. However the place is in urgent need of maintenance and updating. The rooms are ok, but definitely out of date, and offer very little comfort. The restaurant service is very slow. My husband and I went to Carrusca Mar e Sol for lunch and were met with the worst service we’ve had throughout our trip. The waiter was grumpy and we didn’t feel welcome at all, even though we were the only ones there. They didn’t have everything on the menu either. The food ok!
