Neo Hotel Boutique — Hotel in Lima Metropolitan Area

It was a very disappointing stay. We stayed for 2 nights after visiting Cusco.

The hotel staff was not very welcoming. They then claimed that we were being upgraded to a nicer room, and placed us in a dark room in adjacent to the main lobby. We could hear every conversation for the next 2 days in the lobby, whenever people checked in. The room was so incredibly inconvenient. Whether it was the room lighting, lack of counter space in the bathroom, the lighting malfunctioning in the bathroom, lack of natural lighting, the room was disappointing. The breakfast was slow, and bland. The staff didn't seem to interested in serving us breakfast until the guy from the front desk helped us. Room service didn't even make a stop?

The location is in a nice part of town, however the location isn't great. Everything seems to be a 20-30 minute...

I flew into Lima at 5:30 and got to the hotel around 7:30 in the morning. Even though I asked to just store my luggage, they just checked me into the room at no extra cost as the room was available. So wonderful!

Later I wanted to walk to Miraflores. Katherine, the receptionist went to great lengths and printed out the Google map directions on 3 pieces of paper and taped them together! She also recommended an excellent local restaurant for lunch.

At night, they brought up a heater when I mentioned it was kind of cold.

Excellent staff who went the extra mile to make the guest feel at ease!

There is a bakery just 3 mins away. Went there twice for breakfast. Great quiches, empanadas and coffee. Even closer is a restaurant specializing in the famous Peruvian BBQ chicken. Great...

Hidden little hotel near Parque El Olivar in San Isidro. Quiet street, clean facilities, cozy bedroom. Breakfast is included, cooked to order, with everything one can want. The hotel opened recently, so everything is brand new. There is a restaurant open until midnight and a rooftop bar. The greatest part is the service, the staff tries their absolute hardest to assist and make you feel welcome. They kindly provided us with late checkout, which we greatly appreciated.
